Returns Policy

Accepting returns or exchanges are subject to the following:

You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), please be sure to do the following:

Please include a copy of your invoice or a short note with your order number and name. State if you are returning the item(s) for a refund, or if you would like to make an exchange, and if so, the items you would like to order. Please note, there will be a shipping fee for any exchanges (to ship the order to you) and we will need your credit card information. You may include this in your note or we will call you when processing your return.

Ensure that the authorization number is clearly marked on the receipt.

Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Linked promotional items must also be included.

There is a 15% re-stocking fee for refunds.

You are also responsible for shipping charges both ways. All shipping charges will be deducted from your account.

Do not write, mark or alter the packaging, contents or registration warranty cards.

We will return incomplete shipments to your expense. If you forgot to include a part, please notify us immediately.

For your protection, we recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. We are not responsiable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

We will not accept Holiday Items 2 days before the Holiday.

Returning items for an exchange or store credit will receive store credit for the full amount of the returned undammaged item with no restocking fee.

Shipping costs are not refundable. There will be a shipping fee for exchanges.
